A dream can include any of the images, thoughts and emotions that experienced during sleep. Dreams can be extraordinarily vivid or very vague; filled with joyful emotions or frightening imagery; focused and understandable or unclear and confusing.

Dreams are an adapter for us, that they help us solve our problems. We see certain patterns take place in dreams when a person is injured, when a person is ill, when a person has been traumatized. If people turn off their dreams totally they're deprived of that. Meaning they don't permit themselves to even think about it.

Dreams are kind of picture thinking, if you will. It's initiated in an older part of the brain, and the images seem to speak to that part of the brain. Like reading a wonderful poet, we're all poets in our brain, we're creating images out of emotions.

We are expressing ourselves in these images that say more than we could say by just repeating pictures of what happens in day-to-day life.

There can be quite literal messages that come in our dreams, like wanting to slow down or be careful or to just not do something. They can be very direct but they do tend to come in this symbolic package, and so it's important for us to understand our own inner language, which is what it is.

In my opinion, dreaming is just like a usual routine that happen during sleeping. I read some articles saying that the dream that you dreamt is actually from the inner self of you that understands you well. (some part of the dream)

You are not conscious of what you really think inside you. Through dreaming, you get the message from the inner you. It actually convey some message to you from your dream.

Well, I did dreamt of silly dreams. I even dreamt of me wearing those traditional clothes in the older times learning kungfu and FLY from rooftop to rooftop. Haha! Thats really funny. I also dreamt of something that makes me cry the whole dream. I knew I was crying but I just couldnt stop it.
