Penang State Education Loan is said as it is given for penangities for students studying locally at recognised IPTA or IPTS. When we apply for the loan we are turned down stating as you have already obtained a loan from PTPTN. This is not stated in the application form of Penang state loan!
In Malaysia if the student is a Malaysian citizen and studying in a recognised college or university,they are automatically given the PTPTN loan. Then what is the purpose of saying Penang is providing the state loan.
Only rich people may not apply for PTPTN loan then of course they will not apply for the state loan too.
Then to whom is the State Loan Provided.
